Nutrazest 2026 once again showcased innovative products put forward by the M.Sc. Part II students with guidance from their faculty.
As part of the event, students showcased remarkable innovation by independently developing a diverse range of Nutraceutical products, including Capsules, Premixes, Functional Chocolates, Gummies, Health Drinks and more. From Formulation to Presentation, they demonstrated strong technical understanding, quality awareness, and creativity in product development.
What stood out most was not just their scientific approach, but their entrepreneurial mindset. Students went beyond product creation, they worked on Branding, Packaging Concepts, Target Market Identification, and Value Proposition Strategies. Their ability to combine technical knowledge with business acumen reflects the next generation of health and wellness entrepreneurs.
Our Chairman and Managing Director, Benedict Mascarenhas was also a judge at the event.
We congratulate the students and faculty of the nutraceutical department of Khalsa College as well as management of the college for promoting such programmes that help the students to apply their skills and learning in practical ways.
