About

The EvaSURF system is a high-resolution 3D scanning sensor fitted with a small fixed-field of view designed for the measurement of micro-relief of skin replicas, skin explants or engineered skin, as well as for nails (in vivo).

Combined with a table geared column, it enables reproducible local 3D images at different measurement times.

The AEVA acquisition and analysis software allows the management of clinical study by quantifying variations on microrelief, pores and fine lines, as well as nail growth striations, in order to evaluate the efficacy of skincare and anti -age products on a panel of volunteers.

It is an economical and turnkey solution for manufacturers of ingredients, cosmetics or dermatological products as well as research and objectivation laboratories.

Applications

  • In Vivo: it can measure micro structure changes of the skin microrelief network on forearm, strechmarks or even nails surface for repair or protection care

  • Bio-Engineering: reconstructed or bio skin can be evaluated for their structure and their modification through products effect or treatement

  • Specific support can be used for quality control of product deposition like sun cream or foundation

Advantages

  • High resolution system

  • Fast measurement and high reproducibility

  • Flexible system, offers surface and small part analysis

  • Simple to use, minimum setting and skill required
